Our clients were in the latter stages of building a new property, they required all the lawns and surrounding grassed areas to be turfed and seeded. They were originally going to tarmac the driveway, however this would have caused flooding issues, Inscapes suggested the Nida Gravel system which allows water to run through it and soak into the ground. It also looks a lot neater and aesthetically pleasing.

We cultivated and stone raked the ground in order to remove all surface debris and achieve good flowing contours, they then removed a couple of 100 tonnes of green waste, rubble and subsoil from the garden. Inscapes supplied and installed a couple of 100 tonne of new top soil and graded it to low areas of the garden and supplied 500m2 of turf to the immediate area of garden off the patio. Inscapes supplied and seeded the rest of the garden with a Rye /Fescue grass mix and spread type 1 stone to the driveway, graded to levels and supplied and installed the Nida Gravel System which included 40mm of 10mm yellow flint gravel. Inscapes were able to provide suggestions based on the best end result for the client, this comes with great knowledge and experience as well as complete understanding of what was required and what would work.

The outcome, again was very positive and the clients were left pleased and proud of the end result.
